Housing:

Note: The information below is valid ONLY if we made your reservations. For people making their own reservations, we will reimburse up to $30 per night for six nights, PROVIDED that we have offered you reimbursement. If you are unsure about whether we have such an agreement with you, please contact one of the organizers (Scot Adams or Dave Witte).

  • Single dorm room: This will be paid by the conference, up to six nights. If extra funds are available, this will be extended to seven nights.
  • Single motel room: Half will be paid by the conference, up to six nights. If extra funds are available, this will be extended to seven nights.
  • Double motel room: This will be paid by the conference, up to six nights. If extra funds are available, this will be extended to seven nights.

(In some cases, travel to or from Canada or Mexico may be considered "domestic", so please consult with the organizers if this is an issue for you.)

    Per diem:

  • We will pay $15 per day if you are staying at the dorm (where you will receive breakfast each day).
  • We will pay $20 per day if you are not staying at the dorm.
  • For people living within the U.S., our convention is that the number of days of your stay is equal to the number of nights of your stay.
  • For people traveling from outside the U.S., our convention is that the number of days of your stay is equal to one more than the number of nights.
