About Me

Monkton, Vermont. October 2015. Photographed by Brittany Baker.

I am a PhD student in Mathematics at the University of Minnesota. I am currently working with Duane Nykamp on a computational neuroscience project. I grew up in rural Vermont and prior to beginning the PhD program at the University of Minnesota, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, from Saint Michael's College.

Outside of academics, I enjoy cooking, cross-country skiing, scrapbooking, tap dancing, and Jazzercise. I am also a part-time tutor with Homeworks for Students.
