I am part of the Combinatorics Group of the department. I spend my time thinking about combinatorial phenomena that have generalizations in the world of reflection groups; what is usually called, Coxeter Combinatorics. I am therefore lucky, to work with objects that though easy to grasp, reveal deep connections between algebraic, topological and geometric concepts.

Some things I wrote
- Parking Space Conjectures
This was my oral exam paper (no pun intended). It sets up background from Armstrong,Rhoades,Reiner's Parking Spaces paper and gives a geometric rephrasing - due to Gordon and Ripoll- of their main conjecture. Be warned; nothing original made it here, but the presentation might still be useful to some.
- Lyashko-Looijenga morphisms and primitive factorizations of a Coxeter element.
These are slides of a talk I gave at the Algebraic Combinatorics and Group Actions conference at Herstmonceux, UK in July 2016. We extend work of Ripoll and Bessis and consider a variant of the LL-morphism. By understanding the size of its generic fibers, one can enumerate classes of factorizations. In other words, and as far as enumerating questions go, Geometry strikes back!
