Reading: Shastri: Section 3.5 through Example 3.5.9(ii) and Section 3.6 for the case G_ij = H for all i,j.

Exercises: Shastri, 2nd edition: 3.5.23 (i, ii, iv), 3.9.11 (i -- this is not the first one, but the last one in 3.9.11). Hint: A standard proof of 3.9.11(i) is called the Eckmann-Hilton argument.
