Exercises: Shastri, 2nd edition: Exercises 2.5.10 (i, ii), 2.7.14 (iv, vi (locally finite is defined in v)), 2.11.1(a), 2.11.4(a, c). In 2.11.4(a) just ignore the "and a single 2-cell" line, it is a typo.
