Grades: Quizzes: 15%, 3 Midterms: 15% each, Final Exam: 40%.

Makeup Policy: Missing a midterm is permitted only for the most compelling of reasons. Except in extraordinary situations, you should obtain permission to miss a test *in advance*. No make-up exams are given. If you are excused from taking a midterm, your score for that test will be determined from your performance on the final exam. In addition, there will also be no make up quizzes.

*For those sudents who are simultaneously enrolled in math 2243, they need to take back-to-back finals in the Conflicts Final Exam Room on 12/12/14, for both 2263 and 2243. Please contact math undergrad office for more information.

Things to bring:
1. A soft pencil (No. 1 or No. 2) and an eraser (needed to answer the multiple choice section).
2. Your university ID.
3. (Optional) A half letter-sized sheet of notes (both sides) in your own handwriting. (full letter-sized paper = 11' X 8.5', half letter-sized paper = 5.5' X 8.5', approximately)
Note: Calculators (of any kind) are NOT allowed.
